After graduating from Ryde School of Horticulture with Distinction in Urban Horticulture in1998, Judith Sleijpen established “Gardens, Balconies and Beyond” on the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney with the aim of creating practical and stylish outdoor areas tailored to suit clients’ needs.
As her business name suggests, Judith not only provides professional advice on how to upgrade and re-design gardens and balconies but also teaches, produces horticultural presentations and writes gardening articles for publications.
Passionate about plants, garden design and bees, Judith is a member of the Australian Institute of Horticulture, the Horticultural Media Association and a former member of the Executive Committee of Open Gardens Australia and the Speakers’ Bureau of the Royal Botanic Gardens.
